KrisShop service going downhill. As a regular KrisShopper, I'm extremely disappointed with KrisShop for refusing to accept returns or exchanges on certain items. Their customer service used to be great, but now it's very difficult to get any help or support. I will be looking for alternative shopping options in the future.

She replied my emails within one business day and was effective in coordinating pick up for the return. I would definitely recommend KrisShop for their customer service.
Please do not trust KrisShop with whisky purchases. Especially if you will not be opening it immediately. The whisky I purchased had a leak and when I contacted KrisShop for a replacement, they refused to provide any compensation or help. This is not the level of service I expect from an airline company's shopping platform.
