Wanling (sorry if I misspelled your name) is very helpful and knowledgeable in answering all questions for my upcoming trip to Seoul and Busan. Recommend those that need free hardcopy Korea map and travel guide books to drop by too.
Started pouring heavily during their PUBLIC event at Gardens By The Bay. However, refused to let people take shelter in their spacious tent causing everyone to get drenched in the heavy rain. Good job to the representatives for displaying lack of hospitality and basic empathy.
