Konjiki Hototogisu Singapore (Great World City) reviews
human service was prompt and friendly. digital menu on ipad wasn't the most intuitively helpful. wanton doesnt reconcile with the pic. the ramen portion is good for a snack. the broth is AMAZING - authentically miso ferment without any MSG. Very dense and tasty.
It was lunchtime and most eateries were crowded. Decided to pop in here as there were several tables available (to be fair, it was full when I left 40 mins later) and the poster said One Michelin Star. …
I had pepper ramen and crab ramen set for lunch with my family. The service is great and the meal is good as well. Although I's suggest they put the softshell crab separately from the ramen itself, to retain its crispiness. Price wise is pretty much on par with other ramen shops.

The ramen was delicious, but I felt the portion size was a bit small for the price.
I loved the rich and flavorful broth of the ramen. It was worth every penny.
The ambiance of the restaurant was cozy and the staff were attentive. The price was reasonable for the quality of the food.
I tried the vegetarian ramen and it exceeded my expectations. The flavors were well-balanced and satisfying.
The ramen noodles were cooked perfectly and the toppings were fresh. However, the broth lacked depth of flavor.
