Visited koi Bedok Mall at 13:36 this afternoon. There wasn’t any queue but 3 groups of customers waiting outside. Knowing my number is next I headed into the store. But to my dismay a staff raised her voice telling me the waiting area is full. She shouted across the store to me not allowing me to walk in and wait for my turn. Would appreciate the staff to keep her voice down and be more considerate to the customers instead of shouting across the store. There was no queue at that hour but there’s still a queue card for us to take.
The milk tea was good but the service was really slow. I had to wait for a long time to get my order.

I visited Koi Thé @ Bedok Mall this afternoon and there was no queue. However, there were 3 groups of customers waiting outside. I went into the store thinking it was my turn, but a staff member shouted at me and told me the waiting area was full. She shouted across the store, not allowing me to enter and wait for my turn. It would be better if the staff could speak more calmly and be considerate to the customers, instead of shouting. Even though there was no queue, there was still a queue card for us to take.
