Ask me if want to edit additional $10, i told her no need just give me the copy as i can edit my self as i know how to. In the end until now never send the photo. I'd rather take from a photo me booth at MRT stations.

The lighting for the photoshoot was not good. I paid $14 for the soft copy of the photos, but the print outcome was not good either. They asked me if I wanted to edit the photos for an additional $10, but I declined as I knew how to edit them myself. However, I haven't received the photos until now. I would rather use a photo booth at the MRT stations.

I paid $24 for 6 passport photos and a CD with the softcopy. The staff at the photo lab was very unprofessional. They took the photos with a small camera in the shop without proper lighting. They even told me that I had too many acne scars to remove and asked me to pay an additional $12. I was not happy with the service.
