Appointment times are not respected, no communication during telesupervised ART even after 1.5h of waiting. What’s the point of booking time slots if you can’t even properly organise your processes? They’re cheap but I guess you really do get what you pay for. Do not recommend.
Waited 1 hr to join the meeting and more than 5 hrs to receive your report. Please plan your trip wisely.
