Some people may find the shop owner hard sell but is up to individual to accept his suggestion. Overall, I like his honesty and quick service.
Owner upsell alot, do OBD fault testing but diagnose wrongly and giv wrong prescription. Went to another more reliable workshop and they gave much more impartial and unbias solutions. Just beware and do your homework b4 going over.
