When I entered the clinic I can see the receptionist was reclined to a comfortable position with her leg crossed and shaking her legs. Totally unpleasant and unprofessional. She was rude in her tone about the registration process

I took my wife to see a doctor today. The doctor at the front desk was very nice and gentle! The front desk reception is very patient! Very active with us! Thank you very much to the doctor and the front desk receptionist!
