The clinic requires the parent to bring down the child during registration, when the wait can be at least 90 minutes. Clinic closes at 4:30 pm but registration can be closed at 4 or earlier. Meaning we as parents can’t register first, and had no chance of standing in queue, turn up with a queue number and wait for the child. We are forced to bring our kid down and wait for 3 hours with a child who should have been resting at home so that the registration will be valid till 4:30 pm because it's closing soon. This is ridiculous. Worst clinic with even worst system. All children clinics in the whole world should learn from NUH kids clinic on how things should work! Letting us register anytime till 4:30 like usual. Nuh queues might be long but still a lot more organised than this. Highly convenient. Poor kids are already suffering and u are further causing stress and inconvenience to the parents!

Been rushing to kids clinic by taxi, cos my little one is sick and he is under two, being a mother who is alone to bring my son to see doctor , cos of flu, with no covid. And I had forgot to bring mask . They insisted me to buy a mask after reminded them that i have no extra cash and forget wallet at home. They still given me the mask. So helpful and convenient of them. Very thoughtful, friendly and helpful staff
