Grateful for such a place for last minute needs like pacifiers etc but the staff has always been rude and the items of poor quality. Bought a few bubble machines there and all broke quickly. Some items are way over priced to be honest

The staff at Kiddy Palace Baby store are always rude and unhelpful. The quality of the products is also very poor. I bought a stroller from there and it broke within a month. Not worth the money.
