I have been a Kian Teong customer for nearly 20 years. Mike (the owner, BSc in Auto Engg from Uni of Leicester) has become a friend. Direct, reliable and won't ask you to do repairs unless necessary. Once I drove in for a routine servicing and told him that the brakes were a bit soft. He got his mech to check it out and conclude that they were ok and did not ask me to do unnecessary repair/replacement. I still remember that. The crew does an excellent job all round.
