We felt the contractor did not do his job. He refused to take out the aircon parts to clean, and said this is how it should be. However, we spoke to other aircon contractors who disagreed. We paid this guy and he did not do his job and charged us nearly $200. Please avoid using. Very bad experience here.

The service provided by Kent Leong Aircon Services Pte Ltd was terrible. The contractor did not clean the aircon parts and refused to do so when requested.
