Hi I like to complain about your staff known as Loh managing NTUC warehouse building at Joo Koon. I just came out from the carpark and realised that we left something behind and dropped my sister to pick up. He and the other security guy at the carpark were so rude to my sister when she tried to explain that we left something behind. They shouted at her and refused to let her in to pick the item up. This is outright rude and bad service. I hope your management will do something about this. Thanks.
