Dr. Loh was professional and friendly, I was comfortable during the consultation and administration of the pap smear test procedure. However, I think the reception staff can be more polite to hear customer’s request fully before answering. Nonetheless they do have efficient staff and answer phone calls promptly. Great!
Doctor was very patient and kind. We went in during his lunch break because my wife felt very ill. Upon hearing how bad her cough was, he decided to hold off his lunch and saw her first. Highly recommended.
