Trainers are all friendly and amazing! Their group classes are very consistent as well!! (Value for money) To top it off, Kai Muay Thai has a wonderful culture and environment to go too. It helps to motivate you to go more often tooo!

I was very nervous for my first ever Muay Thai class, but Kai Muay Thai made my first experience an enjoyable session. As there were people in the session who have been training frequently, the session was still very suited for me.
