I would like to applaud the doctor who attended to my son. He was very kind and helpful. However, his staff was extremely unhelpful. We arrived at the clinic at 3.45pm, 15 mins before closing time at 4pm. She was already closing the door and told us that they were not accepting any more patients. We explained that we had made an appointment and she rudely told us that we were late. The doctor overheard the commotion and came out to see what was happening. He let us in and apologized for his staff's behavior. Other than that incident, our experience with him was great.
