Not a company I have used, but based on what I witnessed this morning, I never will. 11.20am on a very, very hot day I just saw a group of staff from this company conducting a pack walk at marina bay. The dogs were visibly struggling in the heat and the staff were not paying them any attention. They were walking in full sun with no shade and it was clear that the dogs were in distress. This is not the kind of care I want for my dog.
