I stopped by the J.X. Young Violin shop with my daughter to inquire about a ukulele. The salesperson we encountered was very unfriendly and uninterested in providing any information. It felt like they didn't care about helping customers at all. It was quite disappointing.
I had a terrible experience at the J.X. Young Violin shop. The salesperson I spoke to had no knowledge about ukuleles and couldn't even tell the difference between sizes. I specifically asked for a concert size, but she had no idea what I was talking about. I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone.
