Appearantly, it is useless to call and get help from the police when you have a public nuisance under your block because you will be ignore for more an hour and only despatched their officers when they received numerous complain. I had been waiting more than an hour before the police showed up and instead of conducting their duties, they decided to accuse me and my friends of false alarm. It is extremely disappointing and unprofessional.
