When there for day surgery and was very nervous of the surgery. However, the nurses and surgeon when the extra mile to make sure I am comfortable. It is all thanks to them my wounds are recovering quickly.
Located opposite the boon lay interchange, beside the Library. Staffs are friendly..Due to covid-19 restrictions, entry is only by appointment. Place seems much quieter now than before.
Never encountered such horrible service by a healthcare professional until today. Was at JMC today, 26 July, 9am to accompany my mom for her 9th mth check up. As usual, we would take the Q and my mom will head to room 61 for preliminary tests. This was exactly what we did. However, today was different from the previous visits in JMC. A lady from the polyclinic entered the room and asked us if we seen a particular doctor. We replied with the room number as we do not have the doctor’s name as she did not mention it. She asked us for the doctor’s name and we said we do not know so she replied very rudely and sternly that she still need to look for the doctor. Her tone was disrespectful and i would say it was inhuman. When we reached room 61, she was asking in a very rude tone why we did not tell her the doctor’s name. We explained that the doctor did not mention. She told us off again in a very scolding manner. We did not expect such service from professionals in the medical industry. My mom was even asking if she had done something wrong and we comforted her by saying its not our fault. This officer must have misunderstood what my mom or i said because she responded with a very unpleasant attitude. This was the worst encounter in a medical centre.
