My husband lost his phone today and he was very worried as the phone meant a lot to him. Thanks to officer Gong Fangqi and B Kaarthika, we were able to get his phone back. The officers were patient in explaining the protocols to us, and we would like to thank them for their immense help.

I call them to ask the downstairs neighbor to minimize the noise. They told me that they can't do anything until 10:30, which means I can't sleep before 10:30 and still wake up at 4. I need to understand the noisy neighbor. Wow. Just wow.
