Under staffed especially on weekend. My daughter waited 2 hrs just to take a queue nos. Was asked to come back in the afternoon. But they forgot she was there until reminded after 1.5hrs. Customer Service, interaction with patient and workflow is very poorly done. Why such established clinic don't put in effort to improve?
