JTB is a huge disappointment. I was there intending to book a return ticket on JR rail from destination A to B as the JR online booking was a bit confusing. However, was told that JTB do not sell single ticket but only JR Rail pass. Wow …
We bought 6 suica cards from JTB in mar2023 with Yen2,000 stored value in the card and Yen500 deposit. It cost us SGD32 per card. However when we calculate back using JPY/Sgd exchange at most should be SGD25 but we were charged SGD 32 which is SGD7 more. Even Klook is only selling SGD23 only. This is too much.
