Last year 2022, I had 4 boxes delivered to Davao. Pick up was on the same day I called and they will tell be within 3 hours (usually called morning and they will pick up the box around lunch time). This time round I called on Monday 5 June and they were telling me earliest would be on Tuesday. We went to bed worry that they will come at night or emergency issue which usually happened two years before. The followings are the step by step process. Pro: obligated to deliver no matter what. This happened after 10m phone conversation with your staff. Con: should have entered the collection time immediately in the system. Did not get a confirmation and called them again at 1830h and they say everything okay. Late evening I received a msg that delivery have failed. It seems, according to the sms, they will attempt delivery again tomorrow but since the box already left SG shore I am not sure when is tomorrow.
