A pleasant and almost pain free vaccination experience. The staff was professional and respectful. The young man whom I was assigned to was so deft that I didn’t feel a thing. Unfortunately I forgot to ask for his name as I normally like to compliment people for a job well done. We must not take them for granted.
Very organised area with ample of volunteers guiding you along the way. The jab was swift and painless. Upon reaching the venue, my jab was done within 5 mins including registration. I did make an appointment though. Keep up the good work guys!
Jab fast. Almost got turned away even though we reached slightly before 630pm. Allowed to go ahead after they couldn’t explain properly to us why we can’t do it as a family. Sigh. …

The staff at the Joint Testing & Vaccination Centre JTVC were very friendly and helpful. They made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. The facility was clean and well-maintained. Overall, a great experience.
I had to wait for over an hour for my turn to get vaccinated. The line was long and there was not enough seating. The staff seemed overwhelmed and I felt like they could have been more organized. The vaccination itself was quick and painless, but the overall experience was frustrating.
