I have been calling their main line 6518 1800 for hours. When finally get thru, was put on hold for hours again. Either their company is very busy or they don't care about their customers.

Unresponsive customer service. Tried contacting them multiple times but never got a response.
Poor communication and coordination. They promised to deliver a product on a specific date but it never arrived. When I called to inquire, they were unapologetic and gave no explanation.
