Went to the outlet at Paya Lebar Square today around 1pm plus. There was a lady on duty there really very bad service. Asked her about one of the mop and pail and she replied no stock with very rude tone but the item still displayed. Poor customer service and worst shop ever. Don’t recommend to buy anything from them. I have sent email to them regarding my order but no reply and I already made the payment yet to received the items after 2 weeks. The customer service is so inefficient. I would rate them 1 star.
