Very reasonable rate for moving my piano. Coordination was hassle-free via whatsapp and they were fast and careful in the process. Payment was done after the job through Paynow. Will surely look for them again for future needs.
Colin was absolutely horrible. He confused the schedule and when clarified he guffawed and dismissed that he has no time, and asked me to wait while he checks when he's free. What's the point of making an appointment then? Who's getting paid to provide a service? It appears he's unclear. Terribly unprofessional and waste of time.
Recently faced a most harrowing 2 weeks of arranging delivery for 2 pianos that needed to be moved up 2 storeys in 2 different location. ???? …
