I am very disappointed with the service at JF Elite Electronics store. I bought a phone and they promised me a warranty of one year. But when the phone stopped working after a few months, they refused to honor the warranty and asked me to pay for the repair. This is not acceptable and I will not be shopping at this store again.
I visited JF Elite Electronics store at the Suntec IT fair 2023 and was not impressed with their products or their sales pitch. The leaflet they handed out made false claims about the features of their gadgets and their salespeople were pushy and aggressive. I would not recommend buying from this store.
