Not too sweet and very nostalgic rainbow coloured agar agar on the inside (reminiscent of those from the fruit stall). Also perfect for my son who has type 1 diabetes and dairy/egg allergy ! We ordered a delightful and beautifully decorated Pandan coconut jelly cake from Jelly & Cakes for a friend’s birthday and she truly delivered promptly, professionally and tastefully. The level of sweetness was just right and the jelly tasted really fresh. Everyone enjoyed it!
