Overall happy with the service provided. Azura has been very friendly and provide information on the dry clean process. Quality has never disappointed me whenever i came to pickup. Good job Jeeves

The service here is extremely slow and unreliable. I brought in a jacket for dry cleaning and they assured me it would be ready within a week. After two weeks, I still hadn't received a call to pick it up. When I called them, they said that the jacket was still being worked on and it would be ready the following week. I had to wait over a month to finally get my jacket back. They offered no explanation or apology for the delay. I will never use this dry cleaner again.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Jeeves Dry Cleaners. They lost my suit pants and refused to compensate me for it. They claimed that the pants were not with them and must have been misplaced by me. This is absurd as I clearly remember dropping off the pants at their store. They were not helpful or sympathetic and I will never use their services again.
