usually pass by this store once in awhile and this is the place to get household items etc. exteriors look ok while not really seeing the need to shop there.. yet.

The store is a bit small compared to other similar stores like Daiso, but they still offer a good selection of products. The staff is usually friendly and helpful. I visited the Sun Plaza branch of Japan Home and was disappointed with the service. The store had advertised closing time as 10pm on their website, but when I arrived at 9:40pm, the doors were already closed. The customer service was not helpful in resolving the issue. I would advise against visiting this branch if you have time-sensitive shopping needs.
