Just started training at Jai and it's been an amazing experience so far. Jeremy, the head instructor, is very knowledgeable and patient. He makes sure to correct our techniques and provide us with valuable feedback. The gym itself is well-equipped and cleanliness is maintained at a high standard. Highly recommend Jai Muay Thai!
