Very bad after-sales services. Worst copier supplier I have ever met. The outsourced service technician turn up only after 1 week & will give excuses after excuses; no spare parts, van spoilt, sick etc.... Any attempts to contact their support line or their manager will be futile. They absolutely do not care.
I had a terrible experience with J Max Solutions. The copier that they rented to us was constantly breaking down and it took forever to have it fixed. The service technician was never available and when they did show up, they were not able to solve the issue. It was a huge inconvenience for our office and it affected our productivity. I would not recommend using their services.
