Happened to walk into the shop as I needed to have a pair of spectacles made. Was so glad that I did. The service was top notch. Every query and concerns were answered patiently. I have always visit J Glasses & Hearing whenever I have spectacle needs as I feel comfortable and satisfied with their services. This latest visit was no exception. I visited to re-adjust my new spectacles as the frame was not evenly spread. The staff is prompt to help and no long waiting time. Would recommend other people to J Glasses & Hearing if they have spectacle needs.

Visited Megamall Outlet last evening to get a pair of spectacles done. Was attended to by Jerry as the optometrist and I must say it's been a long time since anyone has given me really good service! Explanations on the different lenses were clear and Jerry recommended lenses which will be suitable for me. Even the frames range were good! In the end, I came out a happy customer! Thanks, Jerry!

My son aged 6 got his first myopia glasses done at J glasses & hearing. The staffs there are very patient and efficient in checking the eyes and fitting of the glasses. It was a pleasant experience overall.
