TM 788 touch screen failed after warranty period. Recently I check for any replacement for the touch screen, but was told this model already obsoleted. Just 3 years + model just discontinued and no more repair support. Disappointed with this company and their products.
Selling defective products and will MIA after sales. Walking pad spoilt within 3 days. And they keep pushing around and no response till today. Over 2 weeks and still no response. Gave up n checked on the repair costs externally. And mind you, the cost of repairing a $399 product is $1200! DO NOT GET SCAMMED BY THIS COMPANY!
Both delivery guys were very kind&friendly.They had assembled my Rowing machines very smoothly &fast,very professional. They had done a good job!I would like to thank Mr Shor who had made all the necessary arrangements after my order.Everything done smoothly. ???????? …
