Hi all, had a problem with my braava jet m6 no power to system Send to John Ackerman at Upper Cross Street paid S$70.00 service charge. After few days was told that water had gone to circuit board unable to replace. When i collected it was not working, no power to the system staff insist that it was battery but i told them that it was the circuit board After 1 week send it in again to check they confirmed that water had signs on circuit board. Although when they send it back to me they said it was working (Connector was not in contact) And i had to keep 1.5 litre of water in dispenser but no water is being used. No water is being sprayed on to pad. And now staff tell me that cannot be rectified for the water being sprayed problem Just wanted to let other customers the type of service that you can expect Also although my initial problem the machine being unable to start i got charged labour charge of $70.00 because they got under the wheels 2 small stones not clogs but small stones. I was not told that before had to pay not have the option not to pay For this market leader in cleaning robot John Ackerman does not seem to have upgrade the software. There is a lot of improvement that can made for the software Seems like there is no priority to get the software upgraded so that if customer can upgrade their Phone's software robot software should be upgradeable. i was disappointed with my experience with Noviomagie Service Team giving a wrong information and charging to get it fixed.
