Hinge came loose n monitor out of alignment. Cannot close monitor without further damages. Thomas was very friendly, patient to listen n professional with advice n opinions. Problem fixed in 2hr instead of advised 3-5 hr. Todays day 6 since n everything’s good. The 3 month warranty is very reassuring. Highly recommend.
