Worst customer service experience ever. Sent multiple emails to follow up for claims not received but they are unresponsive and do not even attempt to reach out to rectify the issues at all. Engage them at your own risk. 100% would not recommend.
Very slow, not professional, they try to make their customers work for them,...extremly disapointing User experience. Using them for over four years now. No significant improvement ever since. I will change my private insurance, which also is underperforming, soon and ensure the new one doesn't work with them.
App intentionally makes it difficult to use. Login requires company ID every log in. OTP for login and another OTP for submitting claims.
