Firstly, they forgot to renew my policy and I only found out when I tried to make a claim. When I contacted them, they were dismissive and refused to take responsibility for the mistake. I had to spend hours on the phone and email to get the issue resolved, and even then, it took weeks for them to process my claim. I will never use their services again and highly discourage anyone from doing so.
