Multiple calls, mishandled by multiple people and everytime same IVR-tone-dead responses. Why will people call you if you were to repeat what I can already choose on IVR?? The lab has a convenient location and spacious waiting area, but the overall experience was disappointing. The customer service was rude and unhelpful, and it took a long time to receive the test results. Definitely not worth the money.
