Amazing experience! I binded my own for a project, and was looking to trim it. Thankfully, after calling up the shop, the lady boss was willing to cut/trim it for me. She was very busy with other tasks but still tended to me and answered all my queries. The service was prompt and the final result was exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommend!

First of all, my document missed 20+ pages. I’m not sure if it’s because the staff was unhappy with our encounter so pages gone missing. The staff is a bit rude and unfriendly and not helpful at all. I placed an order through WhatsApp in advance and when I went to collect it, they claimed that I did not place any order. It was a very frustrating experience.

I have contacted at least 3 other printers to get a quotation for my company project and not one of them is as prompt or as professional as her. The quality of the prints were also top-notch.
