I had a really bad experience with Infinity Networks Solutions. The communication was extremely poor and the coordination was non-existent. There was no sense of responsibility and operation from India. It was the worst experience I've had with a service provider. I would strongly advise Singtel to bring back the Singapore Gold standard and not outsource to such a lousy standard to serve their customers.
The customer service and staff at Infinity Networks Solutions were extremely rude and lacked basic manners. Instead of taking responsibility for their mistakes, they blamed the customers. It was a terrible experience.
