Had banking relationship with this branch. OK. But could be better.
I think IOB made a bad move by merging the little India remittance centre to its mainstream without much consideration for the Indian workers who are working in Singapore. It's such a hassle for everyone to travel up to Raffles just for remittance services. They should have kept a separate branch in Little India to cater to the needs of the Indian workers. The service has become very inconvenient.
