Response from customer service is quite bad. I sent in very simple enquiries on 24 Jun on their rewards and promotion and despite chasing them for 2 times, the CSO informed that they have to chase the Marketing Dept to reply. Till now, it has been more than a month and I have yet to receive a reply.
Bought a travel insurance from them recently and had to change travel dates due to a shortened trip. Instead of helping a customer, the lady who answered the call said I had to go to a link to amend the dates. Later, she agreed to help me …
