Ordered the buddha jump over the wall. Soup had a ginseng taste to it, and so it is a bit of an acquired taste for me. Rice was ok, and ingredients portion was fairly OK. I didn't quite like the taste cause of the slight ginseng taste in my dish but perhaps may come back to try the fish maw with pig stomach soup.

The pork knuckle vinegar is neither sour nor savoury... It's like a diluted version of both. The pork knuckle is a cheeky little fatty piece that shimmers a tantalising luscious porky fragrance. It's yummy but I'd assume it's pretty unhealthy towards your arteries and probably puts Sucrose as a major topping. Typically you ask for more...
