1. Dishonest and poor communication/false advertising - $35 on their whatsapp home page and in big font on their website but driver asked me to pay him $38 (i eventually paid $38 out of goodwill) …

However I only got the call after 20mins that the driver is far and will take another 30mins :( Ended up still waited for close to an hour just to get a wash job done on my car. Not very efficient or punctual.

On the website it says no additives and no polishing - but decided to cancel add-ons to listen to their explanation to polish and add ADDITIVE conditioner to my leather (Their explanation is way too complicated, twisting facts). Also PROMISE free 2 clean / 1 wash under add-ons, but denied me that by cancelling them. Also promised free valentine freebie but failed to provide both times until i asked them--and said the previous liaison didn't updated him...and prompt him to manually update my status..ETC. Overall driver did a good job with levelling but he's frustrated by sales issues.... Their price and impression on value in comparison lost them me as a customer.
