Called to enquire authenticity of their product and the lady was not helpful and hanged up on me when the issue was not resolved yet. Seems to me that they do not care that there could be fake products of their company being sold. Poor customer service.
ICM customer care officers are very professional and their service level is excellent. Furthermore, their range of skin care products are so useful, especially skin moisturisers. :)
Called to enquire about purchasing a product directly from them, and got a very rude response from a male employee over the phone. For one the lead pharmaceutical distributors in Singapore, it was very unprofessional.
