The abalone is delish, it's soft like gelatin and the coffee pudding is awesome pickup for lunch, the only thing i have to pick on was the sake ordered, it doesn't complement the food.
I appreciate the amount of effort put into sourcing quality hyper seasonal produce to match the Akane-san's skills as a chef. Also love being introduced to Japanese wines.
