7 Feb 2023, come all the way to realise bank is not opened. Totally never stand in customers position. Don't bother to inform in website.
Waiting time is too ridiculous. I am next in que and took 1hr waiting time to attend me. Our time is also precious. This is totally failure management in East point branch.
